Mixed-breed dog
Belle just recently came into our lives! On June 22nd, the day we took possession of our first home and first chance to really own a dog, our neighbor brought us our gift. Belle was found stranded on the road and was almost hit by at least 2 cars before my neighbor a vet's asst. stopped and picked her up. She brought her to us that evening and all taken care of and cleaned up. I'll never forget that smell, kinda like you never forget the first time you smell your newborn baby! We could not believe someone would just abandon this pup she was between 10-12 weeks so the vet thought. Since then she has been a welcomed addition to our family of 4 kids well now 5!
She has most blessed the life of my 2nd child, Nicholas is 4 years old and has been begging for a dog for over a year and was all he wanted for his 3rd b-day. It has broken my heart as a mother to tell him because of us renting we could not own one. But having Belle just dropped at our feet on the day we are FIRST able to have a dog was just truly a sign and a gift from God for Nicholas and our family. She is the perfect spenky addition to our family and fits right in with all of my kids, Michael 6, Nicholas 4, Michayla 2.5 and Mathew 5 months. In all honestly though, she is mommas girl sleeping under my side of the bed and runs to me anytime I call. We can not even imagine what life was like with out our Belle. I hope that everyone is given the chance in their life to have the kind of love a dog can bring!!!!
